River Pointe Villa is comfortably furnished to high standards and air-conditioned throughout. The spacious, tiled, open-plan lounge is equipped with wireless high speed internet access, a 42-inch flatscreen TV with Direct TV, VCR, DVD/CD player and has french doors leading to the pool area. To the other side of the lounge is a carpeted formal dining area, with seating for 6.

The large kitchen/informal dining (seating for 4) is located at the side of the house. It contains all of the modern appliances that you will need during your stay. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with both washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has Direct TV, a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, a french door that opens onto the pool area, and a superb lake view. The en-suite has a corner bath, a shower stall and 2 large vanity units.

The other 3 bedrooms include: 1 queen with Direct TV, and 2 twin rooms. The shared bathroom has a vanity unit and a bath/shower.
